It sticks up on one half, not the other, or gets caught in the armpit up while the rest is down, or makes this uneven unflattering line at the middle of your chest, or still better up on one side and down on the other. Seriously. Did you just run out of fabric and say, hey, lets throw a seam in there???? I'm keeping it, and wearing it under other layers. Unless you're looking for something you can constantly be tugging at, adjusting every second, look elsewhere. Really, though....who thought that was a good idea?
