For years, I have fallen asleep whenever I sit down and am in a class. No doctor or alternative person knew how to help me. I tried this and am able to focus and stay awake. For me, this is a miracle! I only used one scoop and got this result. I love the caramel taste. It mixes well into a little cold water and then I add my hot water to fill the cup. I also add it to my oatmeal. I have recommended this product many times. I love that it has no coffee because I don't drink coffee. I am so grateful for this product!!

Strong Caramel And Sweet Flavor. No Hint of Mushroom Taste 🍄
This is my first time trying a mushroom drink. I got the salted caramel flavor. First Attempt: I put two scoops in 6 oz. of cold unsweetened almond milk. The instructions said water or other liquids can be used. I mixed vigorously with a spoon. It did not blend well at all. I chugged a very lumpy beverage and chewed the powdery lumps. Tasted very strongly of caramel flavoring (dextrose and other natural flavors) and sweetener (monk fruit). No hint of savory/umami mushroom flavors. Verdict: 2 scoops serving recommendation was a bit too much for my taste. Second Attempt: I added 1 scoop into a mixture of unsweetened almond milk and coffee in my electric milk frother which fully blended all the powder into the liquid. The flavor of caramel and sweetener is still strong, but it was a much more drinkable and pleasurable experience this morning compared to yesterday. I'm feeling pretty clear headed today considering the daylight savings hour-back that occured two days ago which usually throws off my circadian rhythm for a week or two. This is not life changing but definitely so far so good 👍 I will try the chocolate flavor next. Regarding packaging, I do like that the tub is small and powder goes up all the way to the top so the tub of full when you open it. People always complain when they buy supplements that come in a huge tub and the contents only take 25-50% of the space and the tub looks empty when opened. The scoop included in the tub is too big and long for the tub. It was hard to get out. And even harder to get back into a full tub of powder. If you take it out to use, just keep it out. Tl;Dr... Blends well in mixer of some kind. Salted caramel flavor is very strong and sweet. It also masks mushroom flavor completely. I feel pretty good!
