This mug is kept on a small base which charges an internal battery. It keeps around 2-3 cups of coffee warm a day if you remember to replace it on the base after each use. The cup can be synchronised with an app which gives one the opportunity to set the desired temperature. Can’t be put in the dishwasher.

    Lovely item, sadly the delivery was a nightmare on the product. I saw the driver throw (not drop) but throw a load of packages out of his van and the item was sadly damaged. Amazon were really good about it though. And issue was solved. Product it’s self was a great gift idea

    I must have gotten mine in a sale because it was 70 euro which I would say is a fair price for this mug; currently, they are listed at 140 euro, it's not worth that so wait for a sale!

    The iPhone app is good, the Apple Watch app doesn't seem to work though. The mug heats drinks well, although sometimes the last sips are a bit too hot. It's great for fancy coffees and it was a big reason why I started taking my morning coffee more seriously.

    After 1.5 years of using it everyday, once or twice a day; the battery lasts maybe 30-40 minutes now (heating to 58c), which is still fine. The battery is non-replaceable though, so eventually this will be a paperweight; I would appreciate it if the company offered a program to return worn-out mugs for recycling in exchange for a discount on a new one - but they do not, so this will eventually be e-waste.

    For now though, I expect at least another 1.5 years out of this one. I picked the black one (apparently the white ones stain) and it still looks good; there are metal ones too, but I don't see the point in spending more on a product that's disposable because of the battery. All that said, I will replace this one when it fails, but I'll wait another few years and wait for a sale.

    I was genuinely happy when I received the mug, and it worked well for several months. However, the charging base became faulty within several months, which is clearly a manufacturer issue. When I requested a repair ticket, I found that faulty pins were are one of the most common reasons for repairs.
    It took a while to get it replaced, but the lady who assisted me was absolutely wonderful and incredibly fast once she took over my ticket, so I have to commend the customer service—it's fabulous. Unfortunately, the product itself is not as impressive. After several months, again the charging base developed the same issue, and one of the pins is not popping out. This is clearly a manufacturing defect or a product design flaw.
    Now, out of warranty—1 year and 2 months later—the second base has the same problem. The only solution is to buy a new base. After experiencing two faulty bases within around 1 year, I don't believe this product offers good value unless you're willing to spend another £40 every six months to get new base.
    Sadly, I am disappointed, as it seems to be a recurring manufacturer problem. It's concerning that they continue to sell this product, knowing that the pins are the biggest issue. I believe this product should be taken of the market & redesigned, rather than creating mass waste and waste of customers time. Therefore, I cannot recommend it. Time to stop buying products that company knows it has issues and continue to sell it. Sorry 1 star only for the potential.

    Die App macht was sie soll. Die Temperatur einzustellen geht schnell und nach ein paar Minuten wird die Tasse dann auch warm.
    Wichtig zu erwähnen: Die Tasse soll euren Kaffe warm halten, nicht ihn warm machen. Das kann sie sicherlich auch, habe ich allerdings nicht getestet und ist auch nicht der Sinn hinter so einer Tasse.

    Der Preis ist zwar etwas hoch und für mich selber würde ich diesen Preis sicher nicht bezahlen, allerdings als Geschenk kam sie super an und die Tasse ist wirklich gut verarbeitet und macht, mit was sie geworben wird.
