Great Pan
This pan came with instructions on how to grease it properly, with cooking spray that already has flour in it. I’m sure that would have made it a lot easier on the second round especially than using butter and flour like I did since I didn’t have any of the spray around when I was ready to bake. It will take some trail and error to figure out the right level you should fill them too, I got one batch with a little too much, one with just a bit under enough and one that was just right. All in all I love this pan and I can’t wait to use it more and more.

This thing is amazing, like most Nordic Ware stuff. The cakes come out of it super easy and whatever gets stuck isn't tough to clean up. It's heavy and durable, but I would put it on top of a cookie sheet or something next time I use it since it doesn't quite fit right and tilts into the grooves of my oven rack. But the shape comes out fantastic and these little guys are so cute! I love them, this is my favorite pan in the entire world.
