    The earrings are so cute and worth the price. The dangly part does not move, it is stationary connected to the top circle. But the way that this is shipped and delivered is asking for complaints. There is no hard casing to it, it’s in a plastic bag and shows up with the back of the earring bent entirely. You can easily bend it back but there should be a more sturdy packaging to avoid this.
