I am 5'3" 136 36c and a medium fit well. I am longer waisted than this dress, but it still fits well. I could have gotten a small if it was a little longer in the waist. Needed ironing after I washed it, it is completely lined. I am very satisfied with this dress and look forward to spring church events to wear it

Mixed feelings about this sundress
I have kind of mixed feelings about this dress. It was almost right, just a bit off, but I'll still wear it. The dress has two different fabrics. The top has a scoop neck tank style, and the material is soft and stretchy. The top is also a little low cut and short waisted. The skirt portion does have a nice flattering flare to it, and best of all pockets. The material is meh. Very much a cotton, and wrinkles easily. After washing it still has an overall crinkle effect even when I took it out of the dryer promptly. I just am not at a point in my life where I want to have to regularly iron or steam garments to wear them. I really like the color; it's a lovely lavender purple. I'm 5'8" 125lbs 34A and ordered the size medium which fit pretty well with the exception of the aforementioned issues. Overall, really like the color, wish the whole dress was the same material as the top, and I'll wear it this summer, but I wouldn't order another one.

I didn't love this dress out of the package--the fabric felt stiff and the fit isn't the most flattering for my body type. However, after I ran it through the washer and dryer (medium heat), the skirt portion of the dress took on a whole new texture and now feels like the cotton fabrics you see in really expensive garments (the kind that is very smooth and buttery to the touch and has a paper-like crinkle texture to it). As a note, the photo features the dress BEFORE I washed it. Needless to say, I like it so much more now that I've washed it to reveal its true potential.
The tank-style top portion is a stretchy medium weight/thickness knit, similar to a t-shirt. I did order mine in white so (like most unlined white fabrics) there is a slight see-through concern but nothing that I'd expect to be an issue with a darker color. And it has pockets!
