How to vacuum your rug
When cleaning rugs, it's best to use canister vacuums without beater bars or gentle cleaning methods like brooms and manual sweepers. For high-powered upright vacuums, use the handheld attachment to avoid pulling out threads and causing damage. If you can't use the handheld attachment, turn off the beater bar or set it to the highest position. Avoid running the vacuum over the edges and fringes of the rug to prevent damage. If the rug is reversible, vacuum both sides to remove grit and grime.
How to clean your rug
Clean spills immediately using a clean white cloth. For wool rugs, use lukewarm water to remove any residual stain. Always use clean water to remove any remaining cleaner, and dry towels to absorb any moisture. Never clean Viscose and Tencel rugs with water or liquid.
