Bought for my grandson's one year birthday, it was bigger than him! He looked very cute trying to carry it around. We didn't use helium because we wanted the kids to run through the balloons. It still worked out well and they had fun.

Cute but has Defect
This balloon was perfect for our race car themed birthday party. The balloon was easy to blow up ourselves and the price, at $7ish, was really good. The balloon is large and if we had it blown up by Michael's craft store, it would have been 3x the cost of the balloon. Having a helium tank makes more sense. Three days later and the balloon is still floating. The only issue is that the loops aren't as strong as they should be. The balloon arrived with 2 of their 4 loops broken. I adjusted the latex balloons around it so it wasn't as obvious that the car balloon wasn't level. When we got home one of the two remaining loops had broken. Thankfully the last one remained or else it would have flown off before being disposed of properly. The manufacturer really needs to reinforce the loops for this to be a great product. I would suggest using tape to correct the design defect if you choose this balloon.
