I've contacted customer service, and they had the BEST CS team!!
Fred, the representative, was super responsive, caring, and professional. He had sent the new one and called a leadership meeting to discuss the issue. He also let me know they had diagnosed the issue, and it was the Kirkland wipe that didn't work with the warmer. Although it didn't work for me this time, I had a great experience with the company and will definitely buy more of their product knowing that they stand behind their product!!

I wanted it to be a great purchase as I have other non-heating wipe cases that were great from the same brand.
we used it for about 2~3 days, but today we couldn't pull out the wipe. So we forced it out and found out that it was stuck to the plate as if it had melted and bonded to it.
As you can see on the photo of the heating plate, there are marks indicating the melted plastic.
I don't know how safe/toxic this could be. 🤷🏻♀️
I'm disappointed that it's not working as I was hoping to..
