I love these dissolvable labels. They stick well and then they wash off equally well. I found that it is still better to wash them off from the jars or bottles before putting them in the dishwasher because they will not all wash off in the dishwasher and then the dishwasher kind of bakes them on. They can still be washed off if that happens, but it is just easier to wash them off before putting them in the dishwasher. I will be buying these again and again as they are just perfect for my needs.

I've got to say I was pretty skeptical of this products claim that it was dissolvable. I had been looking for something thay was easy to use and easy to get off. In the past, I had used scotch tape and mailing labels but they had to be peeled off and sometimes stuck to the object I was labeling. I first used these labels on zip lock tubs. To use the labels you just pull the light blue tape and a label is dispensed. Then stick it on whatever you are labeling. In my case left over spaghetti tubs. I marked the date on the label with a sharpie and stick it in the freezer. After I ate the left overs, I just put the tub in the dishwasher. When the dishwasher cycle was done, I checked the tub and the label was gone. No gummy residue or left over paper. Now we label all our leftovers with this label. I have used it on plastic and glass with no issues.
