Great towel warmer. Towels come out hot, not warm! It is GREAT! My husband bought it for me for Christmas and it was the gift I didn't know I needed or would love so much! I bought my mother-in-law one for her birthday. Auto shut-off is a nice feature.

Premature failure/safety risk. I wanted to like it.
I really wanted to like this. We purchased this in 2022 and put it in our bathroom, opposite our shower door about 3-4 feet away. We used it a few dozen times, I would say, over the course of about a year. You only really want warm towels when it feels a little chilly in the house. The towels usually heated unevenly with some areas warm and others not at all warm. Whatever, though, that's just the nature of what you're dealing with as it heats the outside drum and not the air so the pieces of towel touching the drum would get warmer, makes sense, not a show stopper. The reason why I am giving a bad review has more to do with the durability of the towel warmer and the potential safety issue I found. After the 2-3 dozen uses, my wife told me it stopped turning on. I am fairly handy and have been able to fix.plenty of our electronics in the past so I figured I would take a look at this simple device to see what was up. When I opened it up (instructions are online if you're curious), I could tell the simple fix that others report where a cable to the power switch can come loose, was not my problem as my cables were secured just fine. As I worked my way down to the power control board, I could tell that's where my issue was as the outer cap of the capacitor was completely detached from the capacitor body...weird but shouldn't cause it to not get power. Looking more closely, I could see there appears to be some burn marks on the power circuit board surrounding one of the resistors. It also appears as though there was some rust around some of the screws on the bottom of the unit, right where the power circuit board it. My theory is because they did not bother to make the unit resistant to steam/humidity by sealing up the penetrations, the units are prone to premature failure due to typical humidity that exists in any bathroom. Further, because of the position of the power circuit board being directly above some of the penetrations in the unit, it's rather easy for steam and humidity to quickly degrade the electronics. I would not buy this again without the vendor making some design modifications. Given these things are like $200 now, my recommendation is for people to put the money toward an actual wall-mounted towel warmer. They're more expensive but FAR more durable as they're designed to work in the high humidity environment of a bathroom while these units are absolutely not. I sent an email to Zadro to support to give them an opportunity to make it right, knowing we'll I was outside of the warranty window. They offered me a 20% coupon to put towards the cost of a new unit. I have no intention of purchasing this ever again so thank you, but no thank you!
