I really enjoyed these heels. I wore them for 3 hours and felt no discomfort. They were easy to walk in, without being overwhelmingly tall.
I went with my normal 6.5 and they were perfectly fine. The elastic give on the straps make them forgiving for the width of one’s feet.
The quality was also pretty great. I’ll have to comeback at a later date and get them in a few more colors, for the future of other events I might need a pair in different color.
That said, the gold was stunning and matched everything else I was wearing, very well.
Eccentric fit but they're softening up & getting better
I am a 9.5 in shoes and usually a 9 in sandals. These are a 9. The fit was a bit problematic because as you can see, there is absolutely no spare room in the footbed, but the strap near the ankle was too loose when I first put them on, and made the bottom strap a little too tight and uncomfortable. Because the top strap was so loose, I couldn't exchange them for a 9.5, so I was going to return them and actually put them back in the box. But then I read a few positive reviews including one that suggested moving the top strap around a little bit till it conformed to your foot better, I did that and there was indeed an improvement - the top strap stayed in place a little better, and the toe strap, while irritating at first because it was tight seemed to get better and rub less as I wore them. I kept them on all evening at home and they're definitely more comfortable than they were when I first put them on. They seem to have softened up considerably and conform to my feet better, with less of a gap under the top strap (even though it's still a tiny bit loose) and less pressure from the toe strap. So I'm leaning toward keeping them. I'll try them on again tomorrow and see how they feel. They do look pretty decent, and I like and need the low heel to go with the many white print sleeveless dresses that I wear so often down here in south Florida.
