These are bigger eggs than the bulk plastic eggs you'll find in dollar stores, Walmart, etc., so you'll have a lot of egg to fill if that's what you're going to do with these. One advantage is that this seller makes these eggs available in a larger quantity than you'll fund in the stores, so you don't need to buy several bags and the overall cost per egg is lower. We got these for an annual community Easter egg hunt for the kids, and will fill these with jelly beans, smarties, and other small size candies.
The eggs have a thin plastic connector strip to keep the top and bottom of the eggs together so that helps in that you don't lose or misplace part of the egg. They can also be easily snipped off if you need more room to fill the egg, then just snap the top and bottom together and you're set.

These vibrant, plastic eggs are large enough to fit a number of the smaller sized candies and/or the fun sized candies. Of the 144 pieces that came in this set, only 2 eggs went unused for their inability to remain securely closed. The other 142 eggs all securely held the candies that we stuffed them with. After stuffing these eggs, we poured them into a basket. Each of the eggs remained closed even after a minor impact from being poured into a basket. I feel confident that these eggs will endure the Easter activities we have planned for this week and again in the years to come.

Awesome plastic Easter Eggs! They are a nice big size! Great to fill with alittle bigger surprises and treats like matchbox cars or bigger candies! The colors are nice and vibrant. They easily snap together. And they came with so many! The kids are gonna love these!
