Product Description

This shoe can transition from an indoor cycling studio to a high intensity workout and out to the coffee shop. The seamless mesh design has a terrific feel and maximizes breathability. Using our experience with cycling shoes, we’ve built in stiffness for comfortable pedaling, but left enough give in the toe area to walk normAlly. A single strap makes for quick adjustability, while the recessed cleat mount keeps metal cleats from clicking on the floor.

Finally!
After buying and returning two pairs of other popular brands I was frustrated. Using the same Euro sizing, one pair was a half size to big and the other was too small. Plus, one brand's Euro sizing can be different than another brands Euro sizing. I did a lot of research for my next pair and narrowed it down to two companies. I finally went with the Pearl Izumis. I then ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly. I installed Shimano 2 bolt cleats that go on the shoes (order separately) that match the Shimano M520 pedals I recently put on my spin bike. These feel so much better and you can walk on them without the cleat scratching the floor - a nice plus. I've noticed in reviews there are rarely reviews for size 6 feet. I'm pretty much a perfect size 6 in regular shoes and sneakers. The Pearl Izumi website says Euro 37 for size 6. I decided to go a 1/2 size up as others have recommended to a 37.5. I'm glad I did as they are perfect. I'm loving my rides with these, very comfortable. I use these for indoor spin cycling. Also, a tip for those of us who watched Youtube and learned how to install our cleats, make sure you use a torque screwdriver and tighten the screws on your cleats to 22 or so in/lbs. Some people go 40-53 torque in/lbs, but the one I read said 22. Its worked for me. The cleats will not loosen and move on the pedal. I've read reviews about people installing and they have to tighten the cleats, its because they are not tight enough. So far, very happy with these cycling shoes.

I was replacing a similar style of five year old spin shoes, manufactured by a different company, and tried quite a few before settling on these. They are somewhere between the hard shell type and the newer that are just like an athletic shoe. They offer structure both around my foot and in the sole, without being uncomfortable, and allow me to get off of the bike and do something on the floor. The sizing is exactly as you would hope for; I wear a size 8 1/5 street shoe and a size 9 athletic shoe and the euro size 40.5 (which the box says is a 9) is absolutely perfect. My toes hit the end of a 40 and the 41 gave me too much room to move my foot back and forth, which would happen on the bike while pedaling. I used these today and couldn't have been more pleased. Also, the red color is very bright and somewhat pink, but fun!

First things first, size conversion: I wear a 7 in all running shoes (Brooks, Adidas, Nike, Under Armour). I ordered a size 38 and they're perfectly snug. Also, how cute are they?! The color is more of a dark hot pink, not overbearing, just perfect.

These shoes are so comfortable I want to wear them all the time. They feel just as solid as regular spin shoes but are far more pleasant to wear. They're much easier to walk in, my cleats make minimal contact with the ground.

The top of the shoe is very secure, the strap over top provides a lot of structure with minimal flex (in a good way). My feet didn't go numb in these shoes like they usually do in others.

Overall, my rides have been much improved. Highly recommend.

I have large wide feet. I did size up. I usually wear and EU 42 in sneakers and I got an EU 43. They fit decently especially compared to the road biking style. I wish they were a smidge wider. I wear the bombas light weight no show socks with these when I ride. If I wanted to do thicker socks I would have needed to go up another size.

I needed to replace my 20 year old spinning shoes. After reading many reviews on different shoes, I chose this and I'm very happy with their fit (1/2 size up), comfort, and the ease of clipping on and off the pedal. I like the color (orangish pink) and the velcro buckle. I recommend these if you are looking for a new indoor spinning shoes that you can walk around in.

The shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and stylish! The only downside is I could not get them fast enough. Definitely getting a second pair!
