I ordered and returned 4 other different covers. I only ordered two of these to begin with, because I was sure these would not be what I needed/wanted either. THESE are keepers....just perfect. They are a smooth soft linen. I have 20x20 inserts that I have used 20x20 covers for and they just looked flat. Got 18x18 in these and the pillows are fluffy! It was a bit of a chore to squeeze 20" inch insert into 18" cover, I really tested the zipper and the seams. But everything held just fine! That tells me the construction is excellent. Don't know how they will launder, but will update if there is a problem. Ordered the other two that I needed. Done.
