Why Organic Moso Bamboo
Our organic boards are made from Moso bamboo. It is harvested without clear cutting which prevents erosion and grows back quickly each year.
Bamboo is easier on knives than plastic boards, and provides the durability of hardwood. But it is easier to clean and maintain than hardwood. Simply wash or wipe with soap and water. As with all natural wood cutting boards, do not soak or wash in dishwasher.
