It feels really good on your neck, I liked that you can close it into a full circle so it won't be opening like the most common neck pillows, it gives you more comfort. I liked that you can remove the cover and wash it , it was really easy to put it back on the bag and I can use the clasp to have it hanging from my backpack if I don't want to pack it in. Loved the color and quality, excited to use it on my trip next month
