    After a few months it still did not warp. Only thing is to remember to hang it up to dry quickly, i left one overnight with a damp bottom and the next day it was black at the bottom. Overall still recommended as it feels a lot cleaner than the usual plastic boards.

Anteriormente yo ya había utilizado este tipo de tablas para picar, las elijo porque a diferencia de las tablas de madera convencionales las de bambú están tan comprimidas que casi no sueltan residuos de madera mientras estas picando algo, ni absorben tanta humedad y por lo mismo no se pandean, pero sí hay que cuidarlas y no dejarlas remojando, yo las lavo y seco en cuanto dejo de usarlas y me han durado mucho, casi dos años. Son delgadas pero de muy buena calidad.
