I had been waiting a long time for an affordable, high-quality, wireless meat probe for my roasting, grilling and smoking needs. It’s a simple to use, effective, and convenient solution in an attractive wood-grained platform. I love that I can walk away up to 450 feet and connect via Bluetooth with my iPhone. I also love that it comes with two probes so I can smoke, grill, or roast different cuts of meat. It also track the ambient temperature in my smoker, grill, or over - which came in handy when my smoker was not up to proper temps. I highly recommend this well-made, high quality product if you want to produce fantastic, juicy, delicious meats cooked to perfection at home.

Accurate and easy to use cooking tool
Excellent kitchen tool. Nice design and useful display screen layout. Gives very fast accurate temperature readout (both of the ambient oven temperature and the temp of the interior of the meat). I experimented with it at room temperature and using my hands to heat the probe, and it works very well. A couple important notes: The probes are thin, but I wouldn't call them "ultra thin." In fairness, if they were much thinner they probably wouldn't be as sturdy. However the hole it leaves in the meat when you take it out is not significant and the loss of meat juice is minimal. The other point is that this is not an ideal thermometer for small cuts of meat. Perfect for a roast, a good sided steak, a chicken or turkey. But when I tried using it on a filet mignon, the cut of beef was too small to get an accurate reading. I think even with the probe inserted at the correct depth, too much ambient heat hit is and the temperature read much higher than the actual steak temperature. With further experimenting, I can probably get a more accurate reading on small steaks. There are a number of features I haven't tried. I have not tried using the phone app (the features on the main device are more than enough for my needs), and I haven't used the temperature alarm. All in all, a very smart, well-designed tool for the kitchen or barbecue.

As soon as these got delivered, I used them on some chicken breasts I threw on the smoker and worked perfectly. The App UI is also really neat, battery life was good and never had issues throughout the whole cook. Doesn’t break the budget and they seem very heavy duty. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great deal for the money. Charged and tested. I did not notice and difference from my single probe "expensive" one. Wish I would of bought this kit first. Easy to use. Seems to be good quality. Checked the temp against another thermometer.
