I just received my everyday pan and used it last night. It cooks evenly, stays hot, and handles a 400 degree oven like a champ. Great product.

Not so durable as advertised
Sadly never got to cook with it. I opened the box and saw red paint chips on pan surface (see pics) Then noticed the pan is damaged with large chip to enamel on the handle. It’s advertised as “durable enamel resist dulling, staining, chipping and cracking”. I lost confidence in the product quality on arrival. I have other Le Creuset pans and they are still in great shape with no chips to enamel after many years of use.
