Great little device for letting kids draw and not use up loads of paper. It’s thin and portable enough to go in a bag and perfect for car trips. We ended up with two for the kids and have quite a few as gifts this year. It’s nearly perfect.

Well. Almost. One star deducted for the pen not being attached. It kept wandering into the black hole of car seat cushions; rolling under furniture, and generally going AWOL when the kiddos wanted to use it. We discovered a semi-sharpened chopstick worked best, but regrettably did not fit into the provided holster. Do yourself a favor: either find sturdy string at home and attach before using or you’ll probably end up buying a replacement two pack of plastic styluses WITH strings.

This tablet has been a lifesaver lately!! My 2.5 year old has been really into art lately, especially drawing. But she's not quite at the age where she understands that crayons and markers are only for paper, not the floors, walls, or cabinets. She loves to sit on the couch and draw, and thinks it's the coolest thing ever to be able to erase her drawings when she is done. We have been working on letters and numbers with her, and it's a great way to do so without wasting any paper. The tablet is lightweight, easy for my toddler to use, and extremely affordable. One of the things I was nervous about for this purchase was the fact that it has the coin batteries, and with two young girls in the home I am extra sensitive to buying anything with those batteries. The place to insert the batteries seems extremely secure and I feel like I won't have any issues about the girls having access to the batteries. I really love this item, and so does my toddler!
