So I've tried several different Melatonin Gummies and I keep coming back to these! They taste great, and they work. I've tried several different gummies, same 10 mg, and for some reason, the others I've tried don't do a thing for me. These on the other hand are supurb! I will never buy another brand now that I've felt the difference. They gently put you to sleep with no grogginess in the morning. Also, I recommend the gummies as they seem to keep you asleep all night as opposed to tablets, which I wake up in the middle of the night. These are the best out there, and I will never order another brand.

I have purchased 8 plastic jars of these gummies and they work well as long as I take at least 2 - 10mg gummies and give it an hour or so to kick in. My problem is the flavor consistency, that there IS no consistency. The first batch had a good strawberry flavor and the second batch just tasted like a simple sugar gummy. Then again a different flavor and I havent had a good stawberry flavor since the beginning. If they want to continue getting this repeat customer, they need to fix their qualiy control issues. It seems as far as flavor, its non existent.

Honestamente y con toda la si sinceridad del mundo las gomitas cumplen su objetivo si provocan sueño y despierta descansa la he ocupado en 2 situaciones la primera antes de dormir para validar su funcionamiento y me sorprendió a las 25 min perdí el conocimiento me dormí y desperté a la mañana siguen muy descansado. La segunda situación fue a las 3 am ya que me desperté sin razón alguna y me comí una gomita y las 20 min volví a conciliar el sueño. En lo personal lo tomó ocasionalmente cuanto tengo problemas para dormir y me ayuda a conciliar el sueño
