I got this after carefully considering the following: pain relief, functionality, message effectiveness & size. I must say this checked all the boxes that a massager would need. I play badminton late evenings and in the morning my feet / heel would hurt due to plantar fasciitis. This looks much bigger than the actual picture and must be at least 10 pounds. The added advantage is that this can be used for calf muscle massage by making it stand in a vertical mode. I find it more effective using this massager in a horizontal mode as the contact with the rollers. This comes with ice packs, a pair of socks and a charger. I used the heat and the cold option. The cold is based on how cold and frozen your ice pack is; you can place that in the pouch. The heat is not hot & with socks, you may barely notice also I prefer using my socks instead of the one that comes with this. This will easily slide under your bed. Overall I am really satisfied with this purchase and your feet will thank you. There is also another version that comes with a remote and i think I should have got that . if they come up mobile control even better :)
