I have an upstairs apartment that has a small balcony area just off from the living room. It's covered, but only has one corner light by the door that doesn't give off much light.
I purchased these to hang across the ceiling area, and they work wonderful! They give off a nice, warm light that allows us to sit out there at night and not be blinded by them.
