    I am sorry I bought these shoes! It looks great! But after 5 or so times wearing it, yes 5, the straps popped off one morning while putting them on! I bought these shoes in June for work and started to wear them in August. It looks great, that’s why I gave it one star. But what a waste of money!! DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES! Such a disappointment!

    Well, the company reached out and apologized for my experience with one of their products. They offered to reimburse me and gave me the option of another shoes. I chose one of the sneakers from their line. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER!!! Such an excellent shoes. It is extremely comfortable!! So, though it started out bad, it ended well. Dream Pairs, you redeemed yourself. I would definitely recommend your line to others! Keep up the excellent customer service 👏🏼
