I like to get some of the deep dish frozen pizzas from time to time and keep them on hand. Because I always put extra toppings on them, they need to have the vent holes beneath the pizza while baking; otherwise the bottom stays doughy, while the top gets burnt. I couldn't find any pizza trays that were small enough to fit in my toaster oven so I checked Amazon. These are wonderful! I've used them for other things too, they're just an all-round great baking pan. I purchased two of them and I'm glad I did, they get used constantly. The're a nice thickness, a good quality metal, and easy to clean. I wouldn't use any metal utensils on them, just to preserve them as new. A quick spray of oil makes cleanup easier.

I got this pan for my new air fryer toaster oven, and it worked out perfectly for me. Much like my other Nordic Ware pieces, it's high quality, and the fresh tomato and chicken parmigiana pie I baked came out superbly. The bottom of the crust also baked up nice and crispy, yet still had some chewiness to it. Some cheese and sauce burned on the outer rim, but it cleaned up like brand new. I'm very pleased with this little one, and I can see using it for nachos, fresh croutons, salsa & cheddar bruschetta, and other goodies.
