- Reviewed in the United States on February 24, 2025My wife and stepson have used this week in and week out to help his cognitive functions grow in the midst of his ADHD. We've brought it on trips and it continues to pay dividends. His growth is slow but this book is a key part of his success. Highly recommend it to any parents, stepparents, or grandparents of neurodivergent children.

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting info but
This book has interesting info for parents and children. It seems to be a book you read with your children and try out the strategies as a team (to support and better understand what the ADHDer is going through) and not a ‘workbook’ that children/teenagers read and use on their own.
