The steam wand is long , powerful and loud when frothing the milk I’m new at frothing but after using, I did run steam through wand to clear and milk residue so it will continue to work properly.
Water reservoir is a thick plastic not concerned of cracking. Can take to sink or fill with pitcher
Included with my purchase: is a thick heavy duty plastic scoop/tamper and a one and two shot steel basket a portafilter with the bottom half black plastic hopefully BPA free drip spouts. see picture

Removable Cup Holder
- There is a movable cup holder. Not just small cups, large coffee cups also can use.
- Before removing the cup holder, portafilter to the cup holder about 3.5in, after removal about 5.1in.
Vintage Visual Pressure Gauge
- Rigorous control of coffee extraction strength,15-20 Bar is the standard pressure to brew rich-tasting espresso, ensure the best coffee flavors.
- Tips: Do not brew espresso at MILK FROTHING mode, or it will cause leaking due to high temperature.
Large 1.8L Water Tank
- The transparent 1.8L water tank & drip tray are both removable making them easy to clean at a moments notice!
- Tips:Should Not Exceed the MAX Line. Wipe the residual water on the valve on the back of machine before re-installing the water tank.
NOTICE
Hot Water Function: Please turn on the machine. When the machine has finished preheating, turn the knob on the side to the WATER position to let the hot water come out. When 1 cup and 2 cup buttons are alternately flashing and the machine doesn’t work, please use hot water function to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds to cool down the machine. When the pump can not draw any water from the water tank, please re-install the water tank, use hot water function to let the hot water come out for 20 seconds. When the machine won't stop beeping, 1 cup/2 cup/steam buttons are flashing simultaneously, please turn the steam knob back to the OFF position.
Pay attention to the pressure of the machine, If the temperature and pressure inside the machine are too high, the machine will enter the overheat protection mode, pay attention to the reminder of the machine light, We have a professional after service team. Okay uf ur drinking latte not good for more foamy coffee
This machine is okay the look is very nice but the steamer is not strong enough for cappucino or machiatto apparently its very commun with cheap machine ( wont buy a 1000$ machine no thanks ) i had to do a few test to get the crema and the espresso golden brown when dripping still testing because my coffee always come out very wet so i can get it out in one block but the taste is way better now. If you have problem with the taste and color try : either more coffee or less , tap it thighter or the size the coffee was grounded.Rafael C.Okay uf ur drinking latte not good for more foamy coffee
