Love this little cutting board! I got the 11 by 8 size to replace my scarred plastic ones. Perfect size for small jobs, rinsed easily without scrubbing and sits nicely in my drain basket. Like the hole in the corner, handy to grab. The smooth surface means I get all the bits from finely chopping with no residual things between tasks. Very happy, considering buying a larger size.

Epicurean’s material is made from many layers of high-quality custom craft paper. The rolls of paper are infused with a thermosetting resin before being cut to length and laid by hand. Each sheet is carefully stacked. The stacks are pressed under even heat and pressure, bonding the layers. Epicurean’s paper composite material is Made in the USA, and NSF Certified.

Awesome cutting board
I had many different wood cutting boards even fancy ones and i kept replacing them because no matter how well i took care of them they cheep and start having dents which is impossible to disinfect and i can never put them in the dishwasher. I bought this unique cutting board two years ago wondering will it make a difference, but ho boy I was wrong not only I put this one in the dishwasher as many times as I want and nothing happened, every time I have a few knife marks from cutting I take a scotch pad scratch it and it's like new!!! Adding a photo of my 2 year old board after daily use
