    These things are amazing! I'm a big fan of parchment paper, but these have that beat hands down. They're easy to use and super easy to clean up. They work so well that very rarely do I have to wash the baking sheet underneath. I have what I thought were 2 identical-sized sheets, but when I went to use these, I found one pan was slightly smaller than the other. Despite the silicone mat being bigger than the sheet, it molded nicely to the underlying shape. They have a nice weight to them, and they seem to be of good quality, like they'll last for years. They'd be a great gift for anyone who bakes anything. I wish I would have known about them sooner!

Instead of using parchment or cooking spray, using these silicone liners help create a nonstick surface and help distribute the heat evenly on your cooking sheets. These are the Amazon Basics version of a silicon liner. The are every bit as good as the more expensive brands you can find in specialty cooking shops. I have purchased several sizes of these Amazon Basics silicone liners. I recommend this product.
