With touches of canasta, rummy, and poker, this card game could easily become a Friday-night family favorite. The object of the game is to get a "sequence," meaning a row of five poker-like chips on the playing mat. The vinyl mat itself (approximately 28 by 32 inches) shows rows of face-up playing cards. Players place their "crowning" chips on top of the card pictures, and can set up sequences by using careful strategizing and knowing which Sequence cards to keep and discard. Since forethought, luck, and back-up plans are the keys to winning this game, it is probably too sophisticated for children under 7 years old. (But young ones can team up with adults.)       This is a great game and the large format makes it much easier for 4 or more people to play. It took a VERY long time to arrive after ordering, however, so you should plan ahead - like order in August for Christmas giving. Seriously. The game comes rolled up in a large tube and the play surface is matte, so easy to see. The cards are pretty stiff and of course not the easiest to shuffle, but I'm sure you'll manage. Don't forget that the corners are wild cards!

      My family loves this game and we get together a couple times a month to eat and play Sequence. Was difficult playing with the small board with 6 of us and we are older and ware glasses but once I purchased this jumbo game things were so much easier and never looked back. The only issue with this jumbo game is the board is a soft vinyl material so if it is not stored or rolled correctly the ends or sides may roll up a little while playing but realy not that big of a deal. I roll mine with the playing top showing and in the original container and don't have a problem. I would absolutely recommend this game and the jumbo size.

      Mi recomendación sería pedirlo en caja, el tubo es muy grande y difícil de almacenar. Imagino que la caja es más práctico de almacenar. Por todo lo demás está excelente, el tapete flexible de buena calidad y tamaño, las fichas grandes y pintadas blanco de un lado para diferenciar las líneas completadas, las cartas también son de buen tamaño. Me hubiera gustado que las fichas trajeran su bolsa resellable, pero vienen en bolsas que necesitas romper para abrir.
