It’s hydrating and does its job, but the spf taste is really strong. All chapsticks with spf tend to taste kind of bitter, but this one’s pretty bad. It’s def not a dealbreaker but if it’s something your sensitive to, or you’re getting it for a kid, it might not be the best option

I've used Nivea lip balm for over 20 years now. It moisturizes AND protects my lips from sunburn. Be sure to get the Nivea Smoothness formula with SPF 15. The others don't have it. This is always in my purse, my desk drawer, and on my nightstand. Definitely a great product! I purchase a pack of 4 whenever it goes on sale! Also love the cardboard packaging because it is better for the environment.
