Ingredients

Active Ingredient (in each Tablet) - Purpose. Meclizine HCI 25mg - Antiemetic. Inactive Ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Crospovidone, FD&C Red #40 Lake, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Raspberry Flavor, Silica, Sodium Saccharin, Stearic Acid, Vanilla Flavor.

Directions

Dosage should be taken one hour before travel starts. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 to 2 tablets once daily or as directed by a doctor.

We use Bonine frequently and it has worked well in the past. We purchased two packs of 16 tablets each for an upcoming cruise and for future fishing trips. We were sent four packs of eight tablets each which is okay, but unfortunately, each of these packs expires fairly soon (May 2019). I was expecting an expiration date of at least two years!
