These arrived with one chunk broken out of a corner. Luckily it’s the back corner and not really visible. The broken chunk was inside the box so it broke during shipping. There is no padding in the packaging so it’s not terribly surprising. Functionally, there’s no harm done. They look a little cheap but they feel sturdy. When I say they look a little cheap it’s because of the basic plastic trays and the sliders are kind of odd and cheap but they work so I don’t really care. They don’t feel like they’ll break easily but it’s too soon to tell. Assembly was easy and if you pay attention to the sticker that tells you which side is the front l, you’ll be golden. They come with the screwdriver required to assemble and you don’t need anything else. I did prefer to use a rubber mallet to get the end caps into the frame though. It was easier than trying to push them in with my hands. The little rubber feet on the bottom keep these in place surprisingly well. It’s easier to lift them than slide them. Especially when they’re full. After going from a messy bin and groups of bottle to these, I had room to spare under my kitchen sink. The trays slide smoothly so far and they hold everything I need with a little space in between. I was a little worried that some of the taller bottles wouldn’t fit but all my full size bottles and spray bottles fit just fine.

    I have a few different under sink organizers and I have to say this one is my least favorite. I thought it would be ideal because of the shape and how it's made specifically to fit under the plumbing, but I had a heck of a time getting this to fit under the bathroom sink! It just would not fit around that pipe no matter which way I turned it or how I rotated it. I finally managed to squeak it in, but it's so tight, I can't pull out either of the shelves.

    Speaking of the shelves, the spacing between them is huge. Unless you plan on putting some really tall stuff down on the bottom, there will be a lot of wasted vertical space. And my cabinet didn't have much clearance left on top, so I was limited to putting just a couple flat things in that upper bin because it sits right at the top of the space as it is.

    The shelves were relatively fast and easy to assemble. I'm just not a fan of the cheap plastic look, but I suppose that's good for ease of cleaning and longevity in a wet environment like under a kitchen or bathroom sink.

    I saw this product, and it looked like a great idea, until I looked underneath of my sink, in the cabinet and saw how much stuff I actually had underneath of there lol.

    I had already placed my order, so all I could do was hope for the best. When it arrived I still was not sure if it would work out or not. After pulling everything out of under the sink, assembly of the product only took a few minutes, and surprisingly it fit perfectly under the sink, in the space available. This product actually has a great capacity, I was able to fit everything that was under there back in to the drawer type shelves.

    The organizer seems to be really well-made, and actually pretty heavy duty. There are all kinds of chemicals, of varying size containers, and all of it fit with no problem. There's plenty of storage space, and the shelves even pull out so you can reach the stuff in the back even easier. This is a great solution to under the sink organizing. Great product, great price, great for anyone, highly recommended.
