I use this daily to stimulate my circulation in the morning by dry brushing my skin all over. Really helps with circulation and any achiness or morning stiffness. Gets tension knots smoothed out too. I HIGHLY recommend this brush. I've been using one for years and ordered this one for my sister who recently had some nerve issues.
