    What happens when an aspiring playwright with an entrepreneurial spirit moves to the Jersey Shore for the summer? Rasta Imposta happens! In 1992, Robert Berman made wool dreadlocks, glued them into a baseball cap, wore it out to a bar on Long Beach Island, NJ and sold it off his head for 20 dollars and a beer. That began Rasta Imposta!

    Great pickle costume. I am a 5'4" female and was worried of the size and general fit of the pickle costume. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too long and it fit me perfectly and transformed me into a pickle shape instantly. It is comfortable, warm, and is easy to sit and stand in. One note that may be important depending on how you plan to wear this costume is that the back is not the same material as the front and it is significantly shorter in the back - closer to t-shirt length. You will need some shorts or pants on under this unless you are going for "sexy pickle".

    I bought this for my 9 year-old's costume birthday party at Halloween. She wanted to be something unique for both her party and Halloween, and I blurted out, "Something unique? What? Like a . . . pickle?" She totally latched onto that. It's not an easy costume to find. There are really only 2 choices online. While this was for adults, I figured it would be a bit long on her but ok otherwise since there's no real shape to a pickle. It came to her shins and she could walk in it, no problem. I wound up buying a green baseball hat for her to wear under to keep the top of the hole from covering her face, and it worked perfectly. Everyone got a kick out of it. Typical Party City style costume make. Good purchase.
