Editorial Reviews
Review
"With delightful rhymes, How to Catch an Elf slots itself into place along such classics as "The Night Before Christmas." Of course, there’s some updated technology, such as the Elf Snatcher 3000. Its cute language is great for reading aloud and the pictures are sure to get a giggle. Daring escapes and goofy traps make the story great fun. With hijinks galore, kids may just come up with some new ways to capture Santa’s little helper" ― Foreword Reviews

Since then he has worked for a long list of clients in the fields of Picture Books, Magazines, Toy Design, Character Design, and Advertising.
He has illustrated several New York Times, USA Today, and Barnes and Noble bestselling titles, and can't think of a better job to have than being paid to doodle stuff all day long!

I LOVE writing stories that make children laugh and get excited about reading and drawing and writing. I also love taking naps and listening to music. Not at the same time. Well, sometimes. It depends on the song.
I have been lucky enough to have sold over 12 MILLION books and had FIVE Number One New York Times Bestselling books, with more on the way, so my mission to entertain and inspire billions of kids is well on the way!
In October, 2025 I am releasing a brand new book for 7+ year olds called Hatman, which is unlike any book I have ever done before! Check out my website (simply search for Adam Wallace author) and go to the contact page to sign up for updates on it ... when you do, YOU WILL GET FREE BOOKS AND MORE!
I AM VERY EXCITED!!!!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Seriously?
Seriously a bestseller? No plot just pictures to sell the book.
The Snow Alien Complete Series is far better but nowhere near the scam Amazon charts

1.0 out of 5 stars Nope. Just don't bother.
Format: HardcoverVerified PurchaseIgnoring the lack of story line and the dreadful attempts at rhyme, there is simply too much violence for a book for small children and certainly not at Christmas. We want feel good stuff at this time of year. I hadn't realised that it was an Americanised text so British children won't know what a touche is etc. I was looking for cheap children's books to give out at a party. So desperately let down by this that it went straight in the charity bag to donate but was worried about even doing that as I feel it's inappropriate.
