      I had low expectations and this thing blew them out of the water. It was easy to set up and install, and it works great! We have a dead air area in our hallway right next to our thermostat, which made the house either too warm or too cold at all times, and installing this fan in the hall light created a really good current of air. That fixed the thermostat problem. We got another and put it in the bedroom ceiling light, and it works really well as a ceiling fan in there too. The third has to wait until we replace the socket since it's a horizontal light instead of a standard, but that's getting done soon. This thing is super quiet even on the highest speed, and there's several light modes for whether you're in the mood for bright blue-white, mid blue-white, or yellow light.

      This was by far the most important change to my sleep this summer! I am a hot sleeper. Already have AC in the bedroom keeping it about 62 degrees but still woke up in night sweats. This fan has kept me without night sweats since it was purchased! I need that breeze coming down on me from above to stay cool. The remote it RF and not IR so you don't have to point it at the fan to work. Have not used fan above low speed so far and has been plenty of cooling. It's quiet, well balanced, and moves the air just fine in my standard sized bedroom. It has a timer for the fan if you choose to use. Found.myself waking up cold in the morning so I have been setting timer to 6 hrs so fan is off last couple hours of sleep and I wake up warm. The only drawback with this is it does been when it shuts the fan off so if you are a light sleeper it can disturb your sleep or wake you. Overall, this thong is a life changer for me and I beleive the price is an absolute bargain for the quality of sleep improving I have gotten! Just buy it!

      It moves air pretty good, however they are advertised as reversible for winter time which was part of why I purchased. I can’t find any instructions in the listing or in the box for the reverse function. If they are in fact reversible I’d adjust to 5 stars. Otherwise I may return them.

      This product arrived well-packaged and in good condition. Out of the box, it is extremely easy to put together and a pretty good size for moving air. The hardest part was actually having to drag out the ladder to reach the high sockets in our garage, where we installed this item. It works to turn on both light and fan with a flick of our wall switch. I will say that for an area as large as a garage, 2 or 3 units may be more helpful to get significant air movement on a hot day. We have 3 light sockets and I plan to put one of these in each, now that I know how well they work! Of course, if you need it in a more personal space, these fans can also be installed in any lamp socket as well (better, I think, if the socket faces downward so that the fan points down). I highly recommend this product for when you don't have the ceiling support for a large ceiling fan, or don't want the hastle of installing one.
