I have purchased several salt and pepper grinders over the years but I never found one that was easy to load and wouldn’t cause my wrists to cramp from constantly grinding. Then I found these beauties and everything changed. Just load the batteries, put in some salt or pepper and turn the grinder upside down. Then you have instant ground salt or pepper. And it only takes seconds to have enough. These look great in the kitchen or on the dining room table. They are easy to load with salt and pepper. The only downside I have found is each grinder requires 6 AAA batteries so you may want to purchase batteries also as the grinders do not include them. Happy Cooking!!
Update May 6. I’ve had these for about 3 months now and they still work great and haven’t had to change the batteries yet. Also occasionally when using sometimes they stop producing pepper or salt. If that happens give it a couple of shakes and dislodge the salt or pepper that is clogging the feed. I still love these!

Slightly Heavy but Easy to Use
These are top heavy because of the battery placement. I love the fact that a simple turn upside down and back upright turns them on and off. The twist of the nob on top lets you decide how coarse you want the pepper for example. I like that the part to fill the jar with the salt, pepper, or choice of ingredient is clear and wide enough to be easy to clean.The part that I don't like is that the top piece, when done getting my pepper out for example leaves a mess when it flips upright.
