After installing a new counter in the kitchen the new single level counter did not have a location like the previous 2 level counter with bar top. We needed an outlet for the appliances that would be used on occasion therefore we purchased this pop up outlet. The outlet is very sturdy and operation is very reliable and easy to use. Would recommend this product as I did compare others an they did not appear to be as well constructed. Quality product as the old saying goes you get what you pay for.

Very nice!
These are fantastic! My husband is an electrician and says this one is the one to use. It’s made of metal hardware and not plastic. It’s more pricey, but worth the money. Plus, it charges your phone when you set it on top of it! Score! We purchased two of them to go on both ends of the island.Also, we have 20 amp! You have a choice between 15 or 20 amp. My husband’s says you’ll need a whole lot to even need a 20 amp, like a freeze dryer, but we have it just in case. Most kitchens don’t need but a 15 amp.The new rules in Kentucky as of January 1, 2025 are to have these instead of the side outlets. We were grandfathered I’m with side outlets and our permit, so we chose to do both. My husband also created a side panel to be able to gain access incase we had to switch it out for some reason.
