Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
you know all those awesome cleansing balms that go on as oil but as you add water they emulsify and you're able to wash it off easily? this is NOT that it goes on as thick grease and adding water does NOTHING. as if you stuck your face in a pan full of cool bacon fat. terrible experience, had to wash my face four times to remove it (bought it in the physical store btw) will not repurchase
I’m completely sold. Since I started wearing makeup as a teenager in the ’80s, makeup removal has always been my first step in cleansing. Now at 55 and wrinkle-free, it’s a ritual I’ll never skip. With this product, I simply warm it in my hands, smooth it over my face, and use a makeup eraser cloth to remove it. Then, I follow up with a regular cleanser. My wrinkle-free mom faithfully followed the same process with cold cream, a wash cloth & Ivory soap. The result? Flawlessly clean skin that feels amazing. I’m especially impressed by how easily it removes even waterproof makeup. The texture is what you would expect from an effective balm. I also like with a light scent. It’s officially a staple in my skincare routine. So glad I discovered this brand!
