The one thing I had an issue with was the gearbox beneath the head of the razer had a too much lubricant. This caused my beard hair to clump to the lubricant and slow down the motor significantly. After disassembling the head and washing the lubricant off, it functions much better. I get that the lubricant is there to help but it did not help me unfortunately. I will say though, I appreciate that disassembly and reassembly was fairly simple.
