    Beautiful boots, great quality, but the design just isn’t there. They need a zipper, especially for toddlers. I sized up (normally LO wears a 6.5, so I chose 8) and the neck of the boot is far too tight to even get the foot to the bottom portion where it belongs. 5 stars for quality, 1 star for execution.

    **EDITED TO ADD—the customer service with Dream Pair is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They make customer service top priority, reply quickly, and give several options for customer satisfaction. Will be purchasing from this brand again!
