I needed something with a rich, autumn-appropriate color scheme for an upcoming wedding. This dress captured my attention because the material looked flexible, comfortable, and easy to transport by plane (the wedding I’m attending is in Denver). When the dress arrived, I was absolutely awed. It fits like a glove! The material is flattering for all sizes. Because it’s not stuff or rigid, it can bend with you as you dance the night away. The dress has a silky smooth feel, which enhances its elegance. The sash around the waist can be easily adjusted for a tighter or looser fit, and the neckline looks even more amazing (and unique!) in real life than in photos. Because of its formal yet versatile design, this dress is sure to match any accessories you choose, whether you prefer jewelry that’s gold, silver, black, or any other color. I am really impressed with the quality of this dress. Although I ordered it specifically with a wedding in mind, I will definitely also use it for future semi-formal and formal events, since it looks and feels incredible. The length is attractive and stylish, yet modest. The dress has a timeless appeal! I am in my late 30s, but I believe this item would look fantastic on all ages. It’s stunning without being confining, and that can be hard to find when searching for formal attire! This dress is BEAUTIFUL!! The red color is a highly saturated, deep red that gives it a really high quality look. The fabric is thin and soft enough to be comfortable and not overly hot like some satin dresses but thick enough to not be see through (think sewn in, fully lined inside). The cowl neck and faux wrap give the dress really beautiful lines and makes it hang nicely. I also like the hidden side zipper to make it easier to slip the dress on and off. The small button closure at the back of the neck was easy to button and unbutton and was a pretty detail. I also love that this dress can be worn with any standard bra. This is my first piece by the Grace Karin brand and I will definitely be purchasing more items! For reference for the photos, my measurements are 5 ft 3in, 34B, 26 in waist, 115 lbs and wearing size Small.
