    The first bag I ordered had a broken zipper when it arrived. It was promptly replaced with a smile. When I received the second bag it was intact. However after using the strap so I could carry it on my shoulder twice as a strap pulled out of the side of the bag rendering it useless unless used around my waist. If you only need to use it once or twice it's very cute. If you want something that's going to last you for a while you should look elsewhere.

There’s plenty of storage in the small purse very easy to carry with the over shoulder strap and for the price it is very, very well-made. No fighting in the color or damage to any of the materials was very super happy with this item and will purchase from this person again
