Fun but somewhat poor quality
My kids really enjoys all the pieces Unfortunately the binoculars broke very soon after getting and I finally got around to gluing it back but it didn’t last long either. The piece that came off is very much a choking hazard for my youngest kid and we were very concerned when we couldn’t find it for a while

My son (2) absolutely loves this!!! It is so cute, imaginative and fun. He loves the little bag to carry everything around, and that he has all the things he needs for an adventure.
The binoculars are hollow wooden tubes, no lenses. Which is fine! Just wanted to note.
The magnifying glass has some capability to magnify but not much.
I love the open play with this. He can be a pirate, or an adventurer, or a researcher. We like to even “hunt” for Dinos.

Love that these are wooden. The colors are so cute and neutral. Would be a good gender neutral gift for any young explorer.
High quality, sturdy and feels like it will be able to take rough play.
Things I didn't like as much - the compass didn't have a string/handle attached to it even though it has a whole for one. Also, there were several round scratches on the compass face ( not a big deal as it's a play outside toy and doesn't effect the usefulness of the toy)
Nice to have a cute set of quality toys that are the right size for little hands to play outside with their imagination. Really cute set!
