Rachael DeVaux is a registered dietitian, personal trainer, entrepreneur and advocate for living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Her website and Instagram page, Rachael's Good Eats, founded in 2016, has been a constant inspiration for many wanting to feel a difference in the way they fuel their bodies while making movement part of their everyday routine. In April of 2023, her debut cookbook, Rachael's Good Eats became an instant New York Times Bestseller. Rachael continues to share simple, yet approachable meals that are made with healthier ingredients, never compromising the bold flavors she loves. I make at least one of her dinner recipes a week, if not more, and my husband and children rave about them every time. And I usually make 2-3 of her desserts/snacks per week. If you’re on the fence - just do it, it is absolutely worth it!

I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. I love how she curates nutrient forward delicious meals while not sacrificing flavor or flare. I have been following Rachael on Instagram and she is my absolute favourite! She is an amazing human being inside and out but also owns a dachshund! Her recipes are quick and easy and SO good! This recipe book is a staple and every recipe is so good!
