Broken and can not return or refund
One pack good, the other one broke as the picture shows (this is my own pencil box. The crayon pack was originally shipped in plastic bags, no protection). Well, although it still can be used to draw, but I also found this product is not eligible for return or refund and don’t know why. Kids are so disappointed.

    Crayons arrived in perfect shape. I love these because they wipe off everything with just a wet cloth. My daughter has loved to draw and color from about 18 months onward, and she can be quick to disappear with a crayon and draw on something she shouldn't - like the couch, the window, the table. These wipe off everything with a little water, even the couch. They do break a little easily, so I replace them once they get too small or messy. And if you have kind of sweaty hands and it's really warm you might get some color on your hands. Those are the only downsides. I'm not sure if I'll ever switch to non-washable crayons with how great these are.
