I always got headache or migraine from the cold during winter time. I found this product and decided to give it a try! I put in the microwave for 15 seconds to make it warm and it really helps a lot. I am going to buy another one to keep one in the office and one at home!!!

    Test chilling before you use this. Even using the brief freezer time on the instructions, this can be cold enough to hurt. Same with brief freezing, then storing in the refrigerator. Keeping this in the fridge without freezing it at all may be comfortable but I still need to let it sit at room temperature about 15 minutes. When you have a migraine, 15 minutes is a long time -- set a timer so you don't have to keep looking at the clock!

    Surprise, surprise:. This is lovely and cool just kept at room temperature.

    This puts you right to a sound sleep because it blocks the light completely. The fabric is soft and silky. Because it's black it doesn't get grubby-looking.

    I love this and it would make a great present.

The “chill” or icy feel only last about 20 minutes or so in my case when I use it but def not a bad but if you suffer w migraines. The fabric is super stretchy and comfortable. It’s very convenient to use. I leave it in my freezer at all times so it’s ready for use for when I need it. For the price it is well worth it.

It stays nice and cold for a good while and when it does warm up I just go to the freezer and throw this one in and take out the other one. Oh and did I mention it's half the price of other products like it. Maybe even 75 percent less. The first one I looked at was $36.00, ouch. This one was around $6 if I remember correctly. At that price I ordered two and am so happy I did
