It is comfortable and sturdy. I am 5'10 and it lands nicely with the length of my femur. May sound silly but many seats are short and cut into my hamstrings. This one works! Only down is there are two screws that I have to continously screw back in. Not sure why but not hard and doesn't take away from the rest of the review or product
